Compulsory High-Viz – MAG Ireland Position Statement
Posted on February 13, 2011 | No CommentsThe Road Safety Authority (www.rsa.ie) has suggested that compulsory high-visibility clothing for riders & pillion passengers be introduced for motorcycle users. This is listed as Action 30 of the "National Motorcycle Safety Action Plan". -
MAG wins parking commitment from DCC
Posted on January 31, 2011 | No CommentsAs part of the refurbishment of Dublin's O'Connell Street, motorcycles were expressly forbidden from parking in their traditional location on the central median. The decision to provide alternative parking in adjacent Prince's St. proved contentious, but MAG engaged with Dublin City Council and the outlook is now positive -
