The European Parliament’s Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO) voted in Brussels on Monday 5th December 2011 on its report on the proposal for a regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- and three wheelers and quadricycles
While the vote has brought clarity on a number of issues, there are still aspects of Article 18 which may prove worrying for the Irish Motorcyclist, including a potential introduction of PTI (NCT style test for motorbikes)
